Cergis have been developing content management systems since 2003 and content management is the core of our offering. We originally looked at using an off-the-shelf CMS system and researched many of the well-known systems. After a few months of testing we came to the conclusion that none of the systems quite did what we or our clients wanted – so we set about developing one that did.

Ten years on the system has grown in to a well-rounded, flexible and scalable solution which is able to operate a broad range of systems.

Our methodology is simple – keep the interface as simple as possible. We know that when you want to update your web site you don’t want to have to reach of a manual just to be able to update an image on your product catalogue. That said – if you have the technical know-how we also allow you in to the “engine room” to get really creative.

Our content management systems have been proven to be scalable with some sites handling many tens of thousands of concurrent users without a hitch. As we have full control over how the software was developed, we have ensured the usability and quality of the systems comes as a breath of fresh air after using other, often over complex, content management systems.
