The key to developing this site was simplicity and volume. Offering a small selection of carefully chosen products a student champion can sign up to the site, specify the products, colours and logos/emblems that best suits their university or club. Once the store is set up they can direct other students/members to their specific shop where they can customise the garment accordingly.

Cergis initially worked with Just Leavers Hoodies' creative designer to produce a look and feel for the site. We then developed wire-frames of each page to work through the user journey before development started.

The development cycle for this system was around 6 weeks. This included the database and software design, html layout and browser testing, shopping basket, PayPal integration and back office management systems.

Cergis worked with the Just Leavers Hoodies team to understand the behind-the-scenes business process to enable us to propose a suitable tool-set to allow their staff to operate the web site and smoothly run the business.

The system was built from scratch to allow for a lightweight system that didn't rely on heavyweight third-party content management systems. This makes the system easy to maintain and extend in the future.
