A world first, Fiat CLICK allowed customers looking to buy a new Fiat, to go online, browse and choose from stock, book a test drive, design/configure a car and then buy a car without ever leaving home. Furthermore, Fiat CLICK also allowed customers to speak with the team over the phone or face to face and 'touch the metal' in the small 'Apple-esque' retail store located in the Touchwood Shopping Centre, Solihull, an affluent suburb of Birmingham.

Cergis was appointed by Magma Group to build the content-managed website and CRM systems to enable Fiat CLICK to perform smoothly and operate robustly.
Working closely with Magma Group and Fiat Group Automobile UK Ltd, Cergis produced the e-commerce site, designing and developing the back end systems whilst integrating with the existing Fiat car configurator. With extensive consultation and business requirements capture with stakeholders, wire-frames and flow diagrams were developed to establish how the system would function.
The project was on a particularly tight timeline and we were able to do a staged release of the software over the period of around 3 months.

Magma Group selected Cergis in March 2011 to work on its prestigious Fiat CLICK project. Due to the project timescales and visibility of this project, Magma Group needed a partner that not only had the expertise and capabilities required, but were also used to working at pace and delivering to tight deadlines. Cergis acted as a natural extension to the Magma Group project team, integrating well and playing a key role in ensuring that the website and CRM solution were robustly designed, delivered on time and performed reliably from launch in July 2011.
